Visit to Monaco Yacht Club’s “Belle Classe Academy”

As part of our promotional activities to include the French Maritime Schools or Maritime Training Centers in our lists of Maritime Training Centers approved by Panama, we visited the school "BELLE CLASSE ACADEMY" on Wednesday 27 September 2017.

That day, Francis LAFON, director of this Center (next to me, on the left), greeted us with great kindness and showed us the new classrooms where the classes of protection are taught; among others, necessary to have the precious "SEAMAN BOOK".

Located on the Quai Louis II, in Monaco Yacht Club facilities in Monte Carlo; Principality of Monaco, "BELLE CLASSE ACADEMY" is a modern and well-equipped school for sailors and officials interested in working on the market of Mega-yachts or luxury super-yachts.

This pleasant opportunity enabled us to explain to Mr. LAFON the importance of this Center and others like it, becoming a Center approved by Panama. Also, the benefits that the students will obtain while having the certificates with this important distinction, which would allow them to access places of employment, not only on Yachts registered under the flag of Panama, but also in any type of vessel, more 8,000 vessels are carrying our flag.
