SHIP REGISTRY: REQUEST ACCOUNT STATEMENT
The Annual tax and fees must be paid each year for each vessel, except yachts, to avoid payment of penalties, as recharges and interests. The ship owner has to pay before January 31th of the current year. We can assist you by requesting an Account Statement from the Panama Maritime Authority and sending it to you several months before.
In order to request an account statement please fill in this form with your contact details and vessel(s) information. Please include vessel’s name and IMO number.
This form can be also filled to know your debt in cases of “Prorroga de Patente y Prorroga de Licencia de Radio”.
In case of several vessels, please mark the information of all vessels into the message window.
This form can be used to buy Official Log Book, Oil Record Book and Crew Log Book and other maritime services.
We must remind you that at the Consulate General of Panama in Marseille, we do not request any Administrative Costs neither Consular Fees nor the payment to third parties. Our customers pay only the amount stated in official account statement provided directly by the Panama Maritime Authority, what guaranty the security and transparency.
