ISSUING AND LEGALIZATION
of Birth, Marriage, Death and Proving Being Single Certificates of the National Direction of Civil Registry
The Electoral Tribunal of Panama, through the National Directorate of Civil State, offers a service for issuing and authenticating birth, marriage and death certificates, but if the applicant is abroad the process of applying and authenticating certificates can be requested through the General Consulat of Panama in Marseille (France) or directly to the Electoral Court of the Republic of Panama, through the contacts at the end of the page.

Observation : the Certificate proving being single request rates via the Consulates must add the COST OF SHIPPING (which varies according to the destination).
(The Certificate proving being single currently has a cost of B / 20.00 balboas).
To cover authentication fees for overseas certification applications (Table 3), payment must be sent in cash only (administrative issues related to checks and international money orders).
